Draw poker is also known as lowball. In this variation of poker, the dealer will reveal five cards face-down to each player. Each player must then open a bet or fold, depending on the state of his hand. The remaining players may draw replacement cards. Usually, the draw occurs after a betting round. Once a draw is made, the hand of the player with the best hand wins the pot. But in professional games, card exchange is not common.
